The work of Shropshire Sands would not be able to continue without the support that we receive.  This comes not only from those who organise a fundraising event, but also from those who give in memory of their baby at Christmas or at the time of their anniversary. 

Previous charity funds have enabled the donation of equipment to the Family Rooms on Wards 18 and 19 at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital to make the stay as comfortable as possible for those using them:

1 set of scales
8 tens machines
2 sonicaids
china & cultery, draining rack and tea towels
2 heaters
storage units & towel rails
hooks & coat hangers
clocks
lamps
kettle and curtains for Ward 19
new chair / fold out bed
